A : We do not charge any up front fees. All costs are covered in our commission, which is paid at your closing out of the proceeds from the sale of your home. Our broker's fee is 6% or less of the purchase price of your home. This fee will vary with the services you choose.

If you are dissatisfied with the service of Plant City Realty, we will correct the problem on our fees to cancel your listing with no charge to you.

A : We compare your home with others in your area that have already sold. That price is than adjusted to reflect upgrades that your home may offer. Of course, the best way to determine worth is to have a certified appraisal by a professional.
Q : Will I get to see all offers on my home?
A : It is our duty and obligation to come to you with all written offers as they are presented. We make no decisions for you, and we act on your behalf.
